At H3 Glow, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong product
  • The product arrived damaged or broken
  • The product is expired or unsealed upon delivery

Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially used
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Orders where the customer simply changed their mind
  • Products purchased on sale or discount

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery:

Please provide the following with your return request:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or video of the product showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.

4. Return Process

Once your return is approved:

  • We will provide you with return instructions
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Return shipping cost will be covered by H3 Glow for wrong or damaged items
  • For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refund Method: Bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash (as agreed)
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet

6. Exchange Policy

If you received a wrong or damaged product, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost, subject to product availability.

7. Cancellations
